These Terms of Use govern the relationship between users of OtiPlan (the "Application") and the Company. By registering, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Account Creation

You agree that the information you provide at registration is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for the security of your account, including your password.
Users under 18 must use the service under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Use of the Service

The Application is provided for educational planning, lesson tracking and communication.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or that threatens the security of the system.
You must ensure you hold the necessary rights to any content (text, images, media) you upload.

3. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered as a single monthly plan per role (Parent, Teacher, Institution). The applicable price is shown on the purchase screen and on the store page in your own currency.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically and your store account is charged within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
In the iOS and Android apps, purchase, payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play); your payment details are tied to your store account and are not stored by the Company.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Subscriptions on Android. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access continues until then. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Free trial: Where a trial is offered, the paid subscription begins unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased.
For purchases made through a store, refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies and must be directed to the relevant store.
New subscriptions are not sold through the web interface; the web side is for viewing an existing subscription. Payments previously made on the web were collected through the contracted payment institution (Iyzico).
When a subscription ends, the account switches to read-only mode: you can still view your data but cannot create or edit records.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks and content belonging to the Application are owned by the Company and may not be used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and cannot be held liable for disruptions arising from force majeure or third-party service providers.

6. Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of use contrary to these terms. You may request closure of your account at any time.

7. Changes

The Company may update these Terms of Use. Material changes are communicated to users and the current version is published within the Application.
